Lions International
Lions Clubs International is an international non-political service organization established originally in 1916 in Chicago, Illinois, by Melvin Jones. It is now headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois. As of April 2015, it had over 46,000 local clubs and more than 1.7 million members in 190 countries around the world.
Our club
Ballina Lions Club was founded in 1978 and is one of the largest Lions Clubs in Ireland. We have over 50 active members of all ages and walks of life. We meet on the second Wednesday of every month in the Ballina Manor Hotel.
